NLP Training Online

There are many resources online for NLP training varying in price from free (such as this resource), to several hundred dollars.

Some of these resources are useful and provide useful and interesting information, but some of them are (similar to many online hypnosis products) simply over-hyped variations on standard methods dressed up specifically for seduction or persuasion.

Be aware - there is no 'hidden' or 'secret' NLP techniques.

Over the next few months I will review as many of the training materials as I can to enable you to make a more informed decision. For now there is a single review of one of the few hypnosis products that I feel is relevant to NLP and worth purchasing.

NLP Lessons - Learn NLP free online

I have developed the following Lessons in NLP in order to allow you to learn the basic elements of NLP to use NLP on yourself. Hopefully these lessons will make the process of learning NLP easier.

Together, with the NLP exercises, and NLP techniques on this site, these will build into a complete free NLP course that you can work through to provide a complete online NLP program.

Before working with any of the NLP exercises on this site, learn how to change the way you feel about your memories with the Learn to change content Lesson, and once you have a good grasp of content changes, move on to the Learn how to work with submodalities Lesson. The NLP skills required to work with others and develop skills such as eye-accesing and rapport are listed under NLP Techniques.
