The rift between Richard Bandler and John Grinder is the stuff of legend. Since working together there work has moved in very different directions. Richard came out with subjects such as DHE (Design Human Engineering) and NHR (Neuro-hypnotic Repatterning) while John developed New Code NLP. Perhaps it should really be called the battle of the acronyms. To see where they stand, and how their views have changed over the years, I thought it would be interesting to compare their views on the same question: What is NLP?
