NLP Weight Loss Course

 

Do you find diets boring, and always end up quitting?

Do you dread taking exercise?

Do you feel uncomfortable about going to the gym?

Do you struggle to get support from family and friends who feel guilty eating in front of you?

 

On a PlanetNLP Weight Loss training you will:

  • Learn to love the foods you need to eat, and feel ambivalent about the ones you know you shouldn't
  • Develop the confidence to join a gym, and the motivation to exercise
  • Learn to feel good about your body as you work on improving it
  • Learn how to gain the support you need from the people close to you
