Well-Formed Condition

Well-formed conditions, are the conditions that must be met for a goal to have a successful outcome.

The goal must be:

  • Stated in the positive
  • Initiated and maintained by the individual
  • Evaluated using sensory based evidence
  • Specific as to who, where and when
  • Ecological for the individual, their family, friends, and business
