If you've read any of my other reviews of Paul Mckenna's books, you'll probably realize that I'm quite a fan. The reason for this is simple, I think Paul writes good clear books that are easy to read and also provide some value for people with more knowledge of NLP, and of course his CDs are excellent. As to 'I can make you thin', I must admit that this is a book that I don't actually need, but it's a popular books so I thought it was worth a read, though I did get a few odd looks queuing up to pay for my copy of 'I can make you thin' in the book hop. Paul has been running his seminars around the content of 'I can make you thin' for several years now, and if you can't make one, then this book is the next best thing. The book is of a very similar style to both 'I can make you Rich', and 'Seven Days', and is sure to help many people make the changes they need to lose weight and to motivate them to exercise and eat well, especially if you use the cd regularly. And that is really the key to success with this publication - USE THE CD REGULARY! Paul Mckenna provides various weight loss products and seminars in the UK. Are you really motivated to lose weight?Posted May 28, 2010 at 03:54
If you don't have enough time to use the 'I can make you thin' cd then I don't think you'll find enough time for any other approach. | |||||||||

I was thinking of buying this book, but I can't see how I can find the time to use the CD often enough for it to be effective at losing weight. Are there other NLP books I can try?
How often is often enough to use the CD?
